The Aspect of Frost lets you build Frost on enemies through attacks. When the Frost meter fills, the target becomes Frozen, taking a burst of damage based on max health and becoming unable to move or act. Each additional Frost Blessing you collect increases damage dealt to Elites and Bosses.

Enduring Freeze – Enemies remain Frozen 40 percent longer

Brittle Freeze – Frozen enemies take 40 percent more damage
Hypothermia – Frozen enemies lose 1 percent of current health per second
