Unlocking safes in Blue Prince is part of the larger mystery. These safes are hidden throughout the manor and surrounding areas, and each one has a logic puzzle tied to it. Once you know the codes, you can reuse them in future runs to collect more gems or letters.

Boudoir Safe

You’ll find this safe tucked behind a curtain and mannequin in the Boudoir. The clue is on a Christmas postcard. The answer is the date for Christmas Day.

Code: 1225

Office Safe

In the Office, open the drawer to reveal a dial and a note. The note lists crossed-out book titles. The only one left is “March of the Counts.”

“March” gives you 03 for the month. Count the number of small busts of the Count in the room (ignore the large one above the safe) to get the rest.

Study Safe

Check the chessboard in the Study. The King is placed on D8. This is your clue. D8 becomes a reversed date because it’s on the black side of the board. Read it as the 8th of December.

Drafting Studio Safe

Use a Magnifying Glass to examine the calendar and a document near the entrance. The two visible dates are Day 1 (November 7) and the current day based on your run. The correct one for the safe is Day 2: November 8.

Other Safes
