You can steal a gold bar from the fireplace inside Lioncrest Manor near Hernand by wearing a mask and using the steal prompt on the fireplace.

Head northwest of Hernand
Go up the hill to Lioncrest Manor
Enter the manor and stay on the first floor

You can enter through the front or climb in through a window if you want a quieter route.

You need the game to actually let you steal.
Mask equipped, required for stealing
Focus input to reveal the steal option
Optional lantern if the prompt is not showing
