She gives you empty bottles and asks you to find milk. You cannot get it in Jova, so you need to leave Acasa Marshes and return to the very first region of the game.
Travel back to Caddell Farm and speak with Ernest. On his farm you will find his cow and a jug of milk on the table. Give Ernest the empty bottles and he will fill them for you. Once done, return to the old woman in the tunnels beneath Jova and hand over the milk to finish the Good Deed.
