How to Unlock the True Ending
To access the true ending, you first need to trigger the Silk and Soul Wish. This becomes available once you’ve completed a series of tasks across Pharloom:

Once done, the Caretaker in Songclave will acknowledge that “it’s almost time” and offer the Silk and Soul Wish. Accepting it starts the true ending questline.
Silk and Soul Wish Requirements
The Silk and Soul Wish requires gathering four unique items. Each has a different method of acquisition.
Maiden’s Soul
Found by talking to the Chapel Maid, the NPC met near the start of the game. Speak with her again later to receive the item.
Hermit’s Soul
Acquired from the Bell Hermit under Bellhart. Enter the fast travel building, break the wall in the lower right, and you’ll find the Hermit inside.
Seeker’s Soul

Snare Setter
