Start by securing the Mount Fay map from Shakra, who can be found west of The Slab after using the Clawline skill to cross chained hooks. With the map in hand, head into Mount Fay and climb toward the upper jetstream chambers.

Follow these steps:

Use jetstreams to rise upward, then take the first platform on the right.
Continue west until you reach a large drop.
Drift southwest onto a lower platform and head into the ruins.
Enter the spike-filled chamber and use Double Jump and Harpoon attacks on enemies to climb.
Push through another vertical chamber using the same method.
At the northwest peak, a hidden entry leads into the Mask Maker’s workshop.
