To start the Rite of Rebirth Wish, you must first find the Twisted Bud in Bilewater (left side of area). Once you bring this crying item back to Greyroot in Shellwood, the Wish will become available. Speaking to Greyroot begins the ritual, and Hornet becomes cursed. From that point forward, you lose normal Bind healing and must rely on benches until the quest is resolved.
