If you showed up at the Warehouse hoping to buy some highly sketchy inventory from Oscar and found… nothing—don’t panic. You’re not alone. Oscar has a habit of disappearing, and while we’d love to say he’s just taking a break, the truth is it’s probably a bug (or you scared him off again).

Where Oscar Should Be

Normally, Oscar hangs out at a table to the left after you enter the Warehouse. Face the weapons dealer, then turn left and walk straight—Oscar should be at a table on your left side. That’s his usual spot.

If he’s not there… read on.

Why Oscar Might Be Gone

  • You caused chaos near the Warehouse – If you fired a gun, started a fight, or ran around waving illegal products, the NPCs might have freaked out and left.

  • He bugged out – Classic. Oscar and other Warehouse NPCs sometimes just vanish into the void.

  • He’s on vacation – Just kidding, he’s stuck in the wharf district or pacing behind some crates.

How to Bring Oscar Back

Here’s a list of things that have worked for other players:

  • Exit the game to desktop, reload the save, and sleep a day
→ Go to your Sweatshop or other safe house, save, close the game, and relaunch. Sleep until 6 PM. Oscar usually respawns that day.

  • Order from him using the Deliveries app
→ If you’ve talked to him before, he’ll still show up in your delivery contacts. Ordering from him might reset his location.

  • Check around the Warehouse
→ Some players have found him wandering outside, especially around the Wharf. If you find him somewhere weird, you can knock him out and drag him back to his stall (yes, really).

  • Drive into the Warehouse
→ If you’ve placed an order but can’t find your items, check the loading dock pallets in front of Oscar’s usual spot. You might not need him at all if the product’s already waiting.

Final Blurb

Oscar is either lost, scared, or hiding because you brought drama to his doorstep. Try restarting, waiting a day, or ordering deliveries to jog his memory. And if you do find him wandering the docks… Just pretend it’s part of his "low profile" business strategy.
