If you bought the Rebuild Edition of RoadCraft, you do get access to the Invictus Type A Scout... but it’s not handed to you for free. You’ll still need to buy it from the in-game shop using money you earn while playing.

Where to Find the Invictus Type A DLC Vehicle
Check Your Garage Shop
To get the Invictus Type A, go to your Garage, open the Shop tab, and scroll through the Scout vehicle options.
If you own the Rebuild Edition or the Rebuild Expansion, it will show up for purchase. If you don’t own either one, it won’t appear at all.
Price: $35,000 In-Game Cash
Even though the Rebuild Edition includes this DLC vehicle, you’ll still need to buy it for $35,000 using your in-game currency. It’s not free or discounted.
This is by design. RoadCraft gives you access through the DLC, but the shop still makes you earn it like any other vehicle.
