Every skill in Oblivion Remastered has trainers who can help you level up faster. For Alteration, these trainers will teach you spells that help with water breathing, walking on water, opening locks, reducing weight, and shielding yourself. Each trainer requires gold to train. Some have special requirements.
Rewards: Faster Alteration leveling and access to higher-tier spells.

Apprentice Alteration Trainers (Skill 0-40)
Deetsan
Found inside the Mages Guild in Cheydinhal. Easy to reach for early players.
Dovyn Aren
Wanders near Ida Vlinorman in the Elven Gardens District, Imperial City.
Journeyman Alteration Trainers (Skill 40-70)
Abhuki
Located at Faregyl Inn, south of the Imperial City. Look for the road leading out of the city toward Faregyl.
Athragar
In the Chorrol Mages Guild. Reliable for mid-level Alteration training.
Master Alteration Trainer (Skill 71-100)
Tooth-in-the-Sea
He’s swimming in Niben Bay, just north of Bravil.
To unlock training:
Spend 3 hours underwater near him.
Or, if you’re an Argonian, he’ll recognize your natural affinity for water and train you right away.
