How To Actually Complete The Frogeel Task
To complete the Frogeel task in OSRS Leagues 6, create a Frogeel in the Tower of Life using giant frog legs and a raw cave eel, then kill it immediately after it spawns.
There is no natural spawn anywhere in Kandarin or beyond. The only way to get a Frogeel is through Creature Creation in the Tower of Life basement.
Bring both items unnoted, use them on the western altar, and the Frogeel spawns next to you and attacks right away. Kill it and the task is done.
Getting The Items Without Leaving Kandarin
Giant frog legs are easy. Kill giant frogs in Lumbridge and you will have them within minutes.
The real blocker used to be the raw cave eel. That is what made the task feel impossible in a Kandarin focused run.
Raw cave eels are now sold in the Ardougne General Store. You can stay in your region, buy one instantly, and move straight to the Tower of Life without unlocking anything else.
Once you know that, the task goes from confusing to one of the fastest completions in that tier.
Where To Go And What To Do Inside Tower Of Life
After finishing the Tower of Life quest, head into the basement dungeon.
The altar you need is on the western side. Use the giant frog legs and raw cave eel on it, and the Homunculus creates the Frogeel right next to the altar.
There is no delay or extra step. It spawns, aggroes, and you fight it immediately in that same room.
What The Fight Looks Like
Frogeel is a straightforward melee enemy with a max hit of 10 and no special mechanics. It does not poison, does not switch styles, and does not require any positioning.
You can melee it down quickly or use magic if that is your current setup. Earth spells hit harder because of its elemental weakness, so it drops even faster on a basic magic setup.
The fight ends in seconds. The only way this takes longer is if the setup was not ready before entering the dungeon.
The Mistake That Wastes The Most Time
Trying to find a Frogeel in the world.
It never appears naturally. Running around Kandarin or checking Slayer locations leads nowhere because the system is entirely player created.
The second mistake is bringing noted items. The altar does not accept them, which stops the spawn entirely and forces a reset.
Why This Task Exists In A Run
Frogeel is connected to Creature Creation progression, not combat difficulty.
It checks whether your run can gather, combine, and use items correctly inside the Tower of Life. Once that step is solved, the kill itself is trivial.
There is no reason to farm it. The drops are low value and the setup time makes repeat kills inefficient compared to almost any other option.
