There is no dedicated Hueycoatl mass world in OSRS Leagues 6, and the fastest way to find groups is to join any high population Leagues world, especially ones with more than 1400 players. Hueycoatl is active across multiple worlds instead of being locked to one.
In practice, if you hop into a busy Leagues world, there is a very high chance people are already running it. If you land on a quieter world, it can look completely empty even though dozens of players are doing it elsewhere.
