OSRS Oli Varlamore Location Guide

Oli is closely linked to one of the more useful early systems in Varlamore, especially if you are doing stealing valuables in Civitas illa Fortis. He is easy to miss at first, but once you know where he stands, you will end up using him repeatedly during that loop.
Where To Find Oli in OSRS Leagues 6 (Map Included)
Oli is located in Civitas illa Fortis in Varlamore, just south east of the western bank.
He stands in the streets near the bank area, not inside a building. If you are already using the western bank as your main hub, you are only a few steps away from him. See the map below.
The easiest way to find him is to:
Go to the western bank in Civitas illa Fortis
Exit toward the south east side
Look for a small street area nearby
He does not wander, so once you find him once, you will always know where he is.
What Oli Actually Does
Oli is part of the stealing valuables activity in Varlamore.
When you talk to him, he can tell you which houses are currently unoccupied. This saves you from randomly checking buildings and wasting time.
To use his service:
Pay 15 valuables per check
He reveals safe houses to loot
If you have Gladiator rank at the Fortis Colosseum, this cost is removed entirely.
