ROB RUN How to Use Settlement Title

Settlement Titles in ROB RUN allow players to purchase settlements and begin earning income through rent and taxes. However, buying one without checking availability can leave you with an expensive item you can't use. Understanding how settlement ownership works is important before spending $200,000.

How to Use Settlement Title in ROB RUN

To use a Settlement Title in ROB RUN, you need an available settlement in a Level 1 district. The title grants the ability to purchase a settlement, but owning the item doesn't automatically give you ownership of one.

Here's the process:

  1. Open your global map and check how many settlements are still available.
  2. Find an unclaimed settlement in a Level 1 district.
  3. Unlock the Settlement Title through Shipments if you haven't already.
  4. Purchase the Settlement Title from the Black Market for $200,000.
  5. Use the title to purchase an available settlement in the eligible district.

The specific button or interaction used to finalize the settlement purchase isn't confirmed. However, the important requirement is that an eligible settlement must remain available on your server.

Check availability before buying the title. If every Level 1 settlement has already been claimed, purchasing the item won't let you take ownership of an occupied settlement.

How to Get Settlement Title in ROB RUN

The Settlement Title is an Uncommon Bill of Sale available through the Black Market after unlocking it through the Shipments progression system.

Its item details are:

  • Purchase price: $200,000.
  • Rarity: Uncommon.
  • Inventory size: 2x2 cells.
  • Unlock requirement: Shipments progression.
  • Purpose: Purchase a settlement in a Level 1 district.

The title is a substantial investment, especially early in a server cycle. I recommend checking available settlements before completing the purchase rather than assuming you'll find an empty location afterward.

What If All Settlements Are Full in ROB RUN?

If every eligible settlement is occupied, you cannot currently use your Level 1 Settlement Title to purchase one on that server.

This has already caused problems for players who spent $200,000 on the item without realizing that settlement availability was limited.

Some players have also reported being unable to store or sell their unused titles, leaving them carrying an expensive item without an available settlement to purchase.

Although the item has an estimated resale value of $80,000, that doesn't guarantee you'll find a way to sell it.

Can You Switch Servers to Find an Empty Settlement?

Moving to a server with available settlements may provide another opportunity to purchase one. However, switching servers while carrying an expensive title is risky because the consequences for your inventory aren't fully established.

ROB RUN uses a Prison-based server-switching system. You can learn more in our ROB RUN How to Change Servers guide.

Before surrendering to switch servers, review any confirmation carefully. Don't assume your Settlement Title will transfer safely.

What Does Owning a Settlement Do in ROB RUN?

Purchasing a settlement provides more than simply owning another piece of land. Settlement owners gain access to several economic benefits:

  • Free land plot: Obtain a plot within your settlement without paying the normal plot purchase cost.
  • Rental income: Rent available plots to other players.
  • Tax income: Earn a share of financial transactions conducted within your territory.

Settlement income isn't entirely automatic. Owners must visit their settlement to collect earnings, and other players or clans can compete for territorial control.

Ownership also exists within ROB RUN's recurring server wipe cycle, meaning settlements aren't permanent investments.

The biggest advantage of a Settlement Title is the opportunity to generate income from other players' activity. However, that opportunity depends on securing an available settlement first, which makes checking the global map the most important step before spending your money.
