Runescape Dragonwilds Seeds List and Guide

Runescape Dragonwilds Seeds List and Guide

Seeds sit at the center of the new Dragonwilds farming system, and the list is still growing as updates roll in. This guide covers all seeds and everything related to ‘em in the new update.

Please note this guide is a WIP and will continue to be updated as we play and discover more.

Allotment Seeds

These crops grow in basic farming plots and support cooking, crafting, and early farming XP.

  • Potato

  • Cabbage

  • Flax

  • Wheat

  • Tomatoes

  • Pumpkins

  • Watermelons

Flax is used for thread. The rest are straightforward food crops that make early farming simple and reliable.

Herb Seeds

Herb farming supports potion crafting and alchemy. Some herb drops were replaced with seeds so you can grow them instead of hunting random spawns.

  • Harralander

  • Marrentill

  • Toadflax

  • Snapdragon

  • Guam

  • Kwuarm

All herb seeds use the same water, compost, and curing rules as allotments.

Tree Saplings

Tree farming unlocks at level 20. Trees can be planted anywhere, not just in farming plots.

  • Oak sapling

  • Willow sapling

These trees are not found naturally in the overworld. You grow them from saplings until they reach full size. They do not need watering or compost.

Where Seeds Come From

Seeds show up through normal exploration.

  • Overworld plants in regions like Bramblemead Valley, Fractured Plains, and Stormtouched Highlands

  • Plants found in Binmore and Gornfell

  • Chest drops and updated loot tables

  • General gathering as you explore new zones

Binmore plants grow better in ash plots, and Gornfell plants grow better in oak plots.

Farming Abilities That Help With Seeds

Uproot pulls plants and plots out of the ground in a radius. The upgraded version has a larger range.

Humidify spawns a raincloud that waters plots in a straight line. The upgraded version also cures disease, which helps when growing large batches of herbs or allotments.

Tools That Support Seed Farming

Basic tools include the shovel, compost bucket, watering can, and secateurs.

Upgraded tools come from material progression, not skill level.

  • Wood tier

  • Bronze tier

  • Steel tier

Secateurs and the compost bucket do not have upgrade paths yet.

Final Blurb

Seeds are the core of the Dragonwilds farming loop, and more will be added over time. For now, allotments, herbs, and early tree saplings form a solid foundation for cooking, crafting, and potion making. Keep gathering seeds as you explore and expand your farm as your skill level grows.
