The Dark Queen of Mortholme — All Endings Guide
The Dark Queen of Mortholme might be short, but it doesn’t hold back when it comes to endings. You’ve got choices... even if the hero thinks he’s in charge.
How Many Endings Are There?
There are three endings in total.
One where you win.
One where the hero wins.
And one where you barely try at all... which somehow still counts.
Ending 1 — The Hero Defeats You
In the final battle, fight normally but let the hero win.
He’ll learn your moves as the fight goes on, so even if you start strong, he’ll eventually outsmart you. Once you go down, this ending triggers.
This is the fastest ending to unlock if you just want to get it over with.
Ending 2 — You Defeat the Hero
This is the hardest ending to get.
Every time you face the hero, he gets tougher and adapts to what you’ve done before. To win:
Change your attack patterns.
Don’t spam the same moves.
Expect him to punish mistakes by the third or fourth round.
If you beat him, the Dark Queen finally gets peace and the hero stops coming back. You’ve won... at least until the next overconfident warrior shows up.
Ending 3 — Do Nothing
Yes... really.
When the fight starts, don’t attack. Just stand there. The hero will get annoyed and walk off, thinking you’re mocking him.
Eventually, he comes back and kills you out of pure frustration. This unlocks the third ending.
It’s the most amusing ending and takes the least effort... but you still technically lose.
Final Blurb
Three endings. One queen. Zero patience for the hero’s nonsense. Whether you crush him, get crushed, or just irritate him to the point of murder, The Dark Queen of Mortholme makes sure you leave your mark.
