When the decorations are active, seagulls will begin to gather, scaring tourists away. To keep earning good money during the challenge, stock your shelves with mostly Crime books, which get a sales boost from the Spoiled Fish effect.
Spend the entire day with the decorations placed, then return to The Waterfront the next day to see the cruise ship depart.
