Fly to Gestral Beach—it’s a small shore surrounded by rocks and water.
Enter the portal located there.
Once inside, look immediately to your right.
The journal is next to a group of bodies (Expeditioners who clearly didn’t pass whatever came next).
Pick it up and you’re done.
