Abyssus How to Unlock the Sharp Weapon

Abyssus How to Unlock the Sharp Weapon
Abyssus

Sharp Weapon, better known as the Disc Thrower, is one of the strongest unlockable weapons in Abyssus. Unlike standard progression weapons, it requires solving a hidden puzzle. Many players miss it completely, but with the right steps, you can add this powerful tool to your arsenal.

What Sharp Weapon Does

The Disc Thrower fires spinning discs that return after hitting enemies. With upgrades, the discs can arc lightning or explode, making it devastating in groups. Its secondary mod lets you launch three discs at once, turning it into a pure destruction weapon. Because of its mechanics, it’s better suited for players who already have some experience in Abyssus.

How To Unlock Sharp Weapon

To unlock the Disc Thrower, you must complete a crystal puzzle in Act 2. This puzzle appears after you defeat the boss of Act 2, Stage 4 (Depth 8). A locked red door covered in symbols will block your path. To open it, you need to destroy four hidden glowing red crystals scattered around the room.

  • Crystal 1: Inside the grating to the left of the locked door.

  • Crystal 2: In the grating on the right side of the pond.

  • Crystal 3: Inside a vertical grating near the top of the room before the exit.

  • Crystal 4: In the upper-right grating directly in front of the locked door.

Shoot the crystals in any order. Once all four are destroyed, the red door unlocks. Go through the tunnel beyond it, and you’ll find the Disc Thrower resting near a corpse with a journal.

Final Blurb

Sharp Weapon is hidden behind a puzzle in Act 2, Depth 8. Destroy the four red crystals, open the locked door, and the Disc Thrower is yours. With its returning discs, mods, and secondary fire, it’s one of the most rewarding advanced weapons in Abyssus.
