Henry may be a pre-set character, but that doesn’t mean you have to run around medieval Bohemia looking like you just crawled out of a ditch (even if you probably did). Barbers in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 let you change your hair and beard so you can look as refined or rugged as you want—and as a bonus, you’ll even get a charisma boost for looking presentable.
Here’s where to find barbers in KCD2 and how to use their services without embarrassing yourself.
Where to Find Barbers in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
There are two barbers in the game, both conveniently located near bathhouses—because apparently, medieval people thought cleanliness and grooming went together.
Zhelejov Barber
Location: Zhelejov Wagoneer Inn, northwest of Zhelejov
When entering the small settlement, the bathhouse will be on your left, the inn on your right.
Walk past the bathhouse, and you’ll find a white tent behind it. That’s where the barber is hiding from his responsibilities.
Available during normal business hours (because medieval barbers didn’t believe in night shifts).
Kuttenberg Barber
Location: Adam’s Bathhouse, Kuttenberg
Enter Kuttenberg from the west gate and follow the wall south until you reach Adam’s Bathhouse.
The barber is outside under a white tent, because apparently, proper barbershops hadn’t been invented yet.
How to Use Barbers in KCD2
Approach the barber and talk to him (politely, if possible).
Pay 25 Groschen for a haircut and/or beard trim.
Cycle through hairstyle and beard options until you find something that doesn’t make Henry look like he lost a fight with a hedge.
Confirm your choice and pay up.
If you just want the charisma buff, you don’t actually have to change your style—just pay for the same cut again and enjoy the free +2 Charisma boost.
Bonus: Freshly Trimmed Buff
Every time you visit a barber, Henry gets a +2 Charisma boost from the Freshly Trimmed buff. This works in cutscenes, inventory screens, and interactions, meaning NPCs will take you more seriously (or at least pretend to).
Final Blurb
If you’re tired of Henry looking like a medieval disaster, barbers in KCD2 have you covered. Whether you go for a nobleman’s cut or full-on bandit mode, at least you’ll get a charisma boost for making an effort. And 25 Groschen for confidence is a bargain.
