Best Naoe Armor & Where to Get It Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Naoe is your classic stealth pro—fast, sneaky, and allergic to getting hit. She’s not built for brawling, so the right gear helps her do what she does best: take out enemies before they know what happened. Legendary armor is the goal here, and anything else is just temporary.

Tools Master (Chest)

  • Where to find it: Legendary chest in Katano Castle, central Izumi Settsu

  • What it does: After you assassinate someone, you automatically throw a kunai at the nearest enemy.

  • Why it’s great: Double kills with no extra effort. Combine with the tanto perk for triple takedowns. Naoe becomes a stealthy blender.

Peasant Clothes (Chest)

  • Where to find it: Legendary chest in Osaka Castle, Izumi Settsu

  • What it does: 3% chance to remove one health segment on each hit.

  • Why it’s great: Helps in both stealth and open combat. It’s low chance, but free damage is free damage.

Peasant Hat (Hat)

  • Where to find it: Legendary chest in Tatatsuki Castle, northern Izumi Settsu

  • What it does: Gain 100% of an Adrenaline Chunk when entering combat.

  • Why it’s great: Start every fight ready to use your best abilities. More adrenaline = more chaos.

Mamushi Snake Hood (Hat)

  • Where to find it: Legendary chest in Omizo Castle, Ado River Valley, Omi

  • What it does: Ally ability cooldowns reduced by 33%.

  • Why it’s great: Whether you’re sneaking or scrapping, faster ally support means you’re not alone for long.

Otakemaru’s Battlecry (Trinket)

  • Where to find it: Legendary chest in Koriyama Camp, Muggy Lands, Izumi Settsu

  • What it does: +1% health per mastery point in the Shinobi skill tree.

  • Why it’s great: You’re already dumping points into Shinobi. This gives you a big health boost for doing what you were going to do anyway.

Oni’s Fury (Trinket)

  • Where to find it: Legendary chest in Teratsutsuki Den, Kawachi Heights, Izumi Settsu

  • What it does: +15% damage per non-legendary gear equipped.

  • Why it’s great: Early-game power boost when your gear is trash. Hit hard now, swap it out later.

Final Blurb

Naoe’s gear is all about amplifying stealth and hit-and-run combat. Legendary armor takes time to collect—you’ll need to clear castles and grind Shadow Projects—but it’s worth it. Until then, just keep upgrading what you’ve got and try not to take a sword to the face. Stealthy survival is the name of the game.
