Blue Prince: Tomb Puzzle Guide (Chapel)

The Tomb is one of the draftable outdoor rooms in Blue Prince, and like any self-respecting crypt, it’s full of secrets. It’s not the 46th room, but if you're trying to find your way to the end—or just uncover one of the most interesting hidden areas—it’s worth a visit. Solving the statue puzzle here isn’t required to finish the game, but it will definitely push you further down the right path.
Where to Start
To even reach the Tomb, you’ll need to unlock the western gate of Mount Holly. Once that’s done, you'll be able to draft new outdoor rooms, including The Tomb. Inside, you’ll find seven eerie statues standing in a row, each holding a different item.
At first glance, there’s no clear logic to how you’re supposed to interact with them—but the answer is hidden back inside the manor.
Where to Find the Clues
The solution is tied to the Chapel, another room you can draft inside the house. In the Chapel, you’ll see seven stained-glass windows. Each window shows a goddess holding a specific item and has a Roman numeral beneath it. These numerals give you the exact order to interact with the statues in the Tomb.
How to Interact With the Statues
Click the item in each statue’s hand to move its arm downward. If done in the correct order, something will shift in the room. The full interaction sequence is:
Gardener – holding a plough
Cook – holding a pan
Farmer – holding a rake
Chimney sweep – holding a feather duster
Maid – holding a broom
Stable hand – holding a riding crop
King – holding a scepter
Once all arms are in the correct position, the wall near the final statue will move, revealing a path deeper into the game.
Final Blurb
This puzzle isn’t required to beat Blue Prince, but it’s absolutely worth solving if you want to uncover the full story. Draft the Chapel, note the window order, then return to the Tomb and give each statue a gentle nudge. What happens next? Well, that’s for you to find out.
