If you’re farming Elites or World Bosses for Imagine materials or loot, knowing the exact respawn schedule makes everything easier. The game includes a built-in timer system through the Monster Manual, but it can be confusing if you don’t know where to look.
When Do Bosses Respawn
Elites respawn three minutes after they’re defeated. World Bosses have fixed times, appearing twice every hour.
The left column in the Monster Hunt or Boss menu shows bosses that spawn at the start of every hour, while the right column shows those that spawn on the half-hour mark. For example, one World Boss might appear at 4:00, while another returns at 4:30.
If you keep the Monster Manual open during play, you can track which are active and which are waiting to respawn.
How Boss Keys and Loot Work
Elites drop special chests that require Elite Loot Keys. You can hold up to six keys, and the game gives you two new ones each day after the daily reset.
If you run out, you can still fight World Bosses for materials and equipment. However, that’s limited to fifty kills per day. Any additional kills won’t drop gear or crafting items, so plan your runs accordingly.
Only the first player or party to tag a boss gets loot rights. When you’re in a group, everyone becomes eligible as long as a party member lands the first hit. If the health bar turns gray, it means you’re not eligible for drops.
Rewards and Materials
Bosses drop a variety of high-value materials. These can include Imagine crafting pieces, Arcane Wills, Honor Coins, Modules, and special shards like Buri Mech or Moss Mech. There’s also a small chance to obtain the monster’s Will, used for crafting its unique Battle Imagine.
Elite and World Boss chests also have a chance to contain Class Advance Books, Starforge Crystals, and Meowlux Vault Cards.
