You need to take pictures of your cars in Car Dealer Simulator before you can list them for sale. The game doesn’t do it for you... but luckily, the system is fast, easy, and even a little fun if you're into car photography.
Here’s how to do it the right way.
When to Take Pictures (AKA Photos)
Once your car is washed, fixed, and parked in the front lot, it’s photo time.
The game will ask you to take 7 photos before you post the ad.
How to Open the Camera App and Photo Mode
Press T to pull out your tablet.
Click on the orange camera icon to open Photo Mode.
You can also hold T to bring up the radial menu and access the camera that way too.
How to Move the Camera
Use your mouse to move the view around the car.
Use WASD keys to shift the frame left, right, up, or back.
Find good angles that show off the car’s shape and shine. You want it to look clean and presentable... not like a tow yard reject.
How to Take the Picture
Once you’re lined up, press LMB (left mouse button) to snap the photo.
You’ll need to take seven total shots to finish the photo set.
Try to mix up your angles. Get the front, back, both sides, and one or two from a distance.
Tips for Better Photos
Take photos during daylight if you can... cars look way better in natural light.
Make sure the car is parked cleanly and has enough space around it. No half-angled curb parking or backed into a wall.
