Diablo 4 Season 14 Reliquary Guide: Rewards, Favor Tokens, Premium Cost
The Diablo 4 Season 14 Reliquary is the current Battle Pass reward system, but it is not a normal linear Battle Pass track. You earn Favor Tokens by playing, then spend them on the rewards you want inside Reliquaries you have access to. Season 14’s free Battle Pass Reliquary is the Season of Death Awakening Reliquary, while paid Premium Reliquaries add extra cosmetic categories like weapons, beasts, and armor.
The practical takeaway is simple: Reliquaries are mostly cosmetic. They do not make your character stronger, and you do not need the Premium or Deluxe Battle Pass to progress through Season 14. If you care about power, Season Rank and seasonal progression matter more. If you care about mounts, portals, pets, armor, weapon skins, wings, and event cosmetics, the Reliquary is where those rewards live.

What Is The Diablo 4 Season 14 Reliquary?
The Season 14 Reliquary is Diablo 4’s Battle Pass reward catalog.
Instead of moving through one fixed Battle Pass path, you choose rewards from different Reliquary menus. If you have enough Favor Tokens and access to that Reliquary, you can claim the item you want without waiting for a specific Battle Pass tier.
That is the main difference. The old Battle Pass told you what came next. Reliquaries let you pick your order.
For Season 14, the main free Reliquary is tied to Season of Death Awakening. Premium Reliquaries are separate paid catalogs for extra cosmetics. Event Reliquaries, like the Overwatch Reliquary, are limited-time versions with their own event rewards and currency.
Do not overcomplicate it. A Reliquary is basically a seasonal reward shop where the unlock currency comes from playing the game.
All Diablo 4 Season 14 Reliquaries
Diablo 4 Season 14 has a free Battle Pass Reliquary, Premium Battle Pass Reliquaries, and a limited-time Overwatch event Reliquary.
| Reliquary | Type | What It Is For |
|---|---|---|
| Season of Death Awakening | Free Battle Pass Reliquary | The main free Season 14 cosmetic reward catalog. |
| Weapons | Premium Battle Pass Reliquary | Paid weapon cosmetic rewards. |
| Beasts | Premium Battle Pass Reliquary | Paid pet, mount, mount armor, and mount cosmetic rewards. |
| Armor | Premium Battle Pass Reliquary | Paid class armor and related cosmetic rewards. |
| Overwatch Reliquary | Free Event Reliquary | Limited-time Overwatch collaboration rewards. |
The free Season of Death Awakening Reliquary is the one every player should check first. The Premium Reliquaries are only worth buying if you actually like the cosmetics inside. The Overwatch Reliquary is different because it is a free event Reliquary with its own currency.
My advice is to preview everything before spending Platinum. Diablo 4 lets you inspect Reliquary contents, so there is no reason to buy a Premium Reliquary blind.
How Favor Tokens Work In Season 14
Favor Tokens are the currency used to unlock normal Battle Pass Reliquary rewards in Diablo 4 Season 14.
You earn Favor Tokens by playing the game, mainly by killing monsters and completing quests. Once you earn enough, you can spend them on eligible rewards inside any Reliquary you have access to.
The important Favor Token rules are:
- You can unlock Reliquary items in the order you want.
- You can spend Favor Tokens in any Reliquary you have access to.
- You can hold up to 99 Favor Tokens at a time.
- Up to 99 Favor Tokens can carry over to future seasons.
- If you hit the 99 cap, extra progress is wasted until you spend some tokens.
- Unclaimed rewards disappear when the Reliquary expires.
The 99-token cap is the part players should actually care about. Do not sit capped if there are rewards you still want. Spend tokens, claim the rewards, and keep earning.
Also, Favor Tokens are not Platinum. Favor Tokens unlock items inside Reliquaries. Platinum unlocks access to paid Reliquaries and Battle Pass bundles.
What You Get From The Free Reliquary
The free Season 14 Reliquary is the Season of Death Awakening Battle Pass Reliquary.
This Reliquary is available to all players and includes gilded seasonal rewards such as the Nangaria Mount, Barding of the Deathless Mount Armor, and Eye of Tyranny Town Portal.
| Free Reliquary Reward | Type | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Nangaria Mount | Mount | One of the main free Season 14 cosmetics. |
| Barding of the Deathless | Mount Armor | Free seasonal mount armor cosmetic. |
| Eye of Tyranny | Town Portal | Free seasonal portal cosmetic. |
This is the Reliquary free players should focus on first. You are earning Favor Tokens while playing anyway, so you might as well claim the free cosmetics before the season ends.
If you are not planning to spend Platinum, you can still use the free Reliquary and the Overwatch event Reliquary. You are not locked out of the entire system just because you skip Premium.
How Much Premium Reliquaries Cost
The Premium Reliquaries are paid cosmetic catalogs. You need Platinum to unlock access to them, then Favor Tokens to claim the items inside.
| Purchase | Cost | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| Weapons Reliquary | 200 Platinum | Players who only care about weapon skins. |
| Beasts Reliquary | 500 Platinum | Players who want pets, mounts, and mount cosmetics. |
| Armor Reliquary | 800 Platinum | Players who mostly care about armor cosmetics. |
| Premium Battle Pass Bundle | 1,000 Platinum | Players who want all three Premium Reliquaries. |
| Deluxe Battle Pass Bundle | 2,800 Platinum | Collectors who want the premium access plus extra Deluxe cosmetics. |
If you want all three Premium Reliquaries, the 1,000 Platinum Premium Battle Pass Bundle is the better option. Buying Weapons, Beasts, and Armor separately costs more.
The trap is buying one Premium Reliquary early, then deciding you want the bundle later. Once you buy an individual Premium Reliquary, the Premium Battle Pass Bundle may no longer be available. Do not buy one category unless you are sure you only want that category.
Is The Deluxe Battle Pass Worth It?
The Deluxe Battle Pass is worth it only if you care about the extra cosmetics, especially Winged Redeemer, Netherean Pet, and Wings of the Redeemer Reactive Wings.
The Deluxe Battle Pass costs 2,800 Platinum. It gives instant access to the Winged Redeemer armor set and includes the Netherean Pet and Wings of the Redeemer Reactive Wings. That is the collector option, not the power option.
Do not buy Deluxe because you think it gives better gear, faster leveling, or a stronger build. It does not. This is a cosmetic purchase.
Here is the clean decision:
- Skip Premium and Deluxe if you only care about gameplay strength.
- Buy the Premium Battle Pass Bundle if you want all three paid Reliquaries.
- Buy Deluxe only if the Winged Redeemer set, wings, and pet are worth the extra Platinum to you.
For most players, Premium is the better value than Deluxe. Deluxe is for players who see the Winged Redeemer cosmetics and immediately know they want them.
How To Get The Winged Redeemer Armor Set
The Winged Redeemer armor set is the main Deluxe Battle Pass cosmetic for Season 14.
You can get instant access to the Winged Redeemer armor set by purchasing the Deluxe Battle Pass Bundle. This is the fastest way to get it, but it costs 2,800 Platinum.
Season 14’s Premium Reliquaries also use completion-style bonus rewards. In the Reliquary system, bonus rewards unlock after you claim the other required items in that Reliquary. These bonus rewards do not require extra Favor Tokens once unlocked.
The key point is that Winged Redeemer is cosmetic. If you like the look, chase it. If you do not care about cosmetics, do not let the armor set pressure you into spending Platinum.
My recommendation is to preview the set on your actual class before buying Deluxe. A cosmetic that looks great in the promo image may not be worth 2,800 Platinum if you do not like it on the class you actually play.
How The Overwatch Reliquary Works
The Overwatch Reliquary is a free limited-time event Reliquary in Diablo 4 Season 14.
Starting at season launch on June 30, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. PT, you can kill Elite and Champion monsters to earn Eye of the Overwatch currency. That currency is spent in the free Overwatch Reliquary, not the normal Season 14 Battle Pass Reliquaries.
| Overwatch Reliquary Reward | Amount | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Emblems | 2 | Overwatch-themed profile cosmetics. |
| Mount Trophy | 1 | Free event cosmetic. |
| Weapon Skins | 3 | Overwatch-themed weapon cosmetics. |
| Overwatch-themed Dye | 1 | The first earnable dye in Diablo 4. |
| Kiriko's Fox Spirit | 1 | Completion reward for finishing the Overwatch Reliquary. |
This is one of the easiest parts of Season 14 to misunderstand. The Overwatch Reliquary does not use normal Favor Tokens. It uses Eye of the Overwatch currency from Elite and Champion monsters.
There are also paid Overwatch skins in Tejal’s Shop starting the same day at 12:00 p.m. PT. Those shop skins are separate from the free Overwatch Reliquary. The free rewards come from the event Reliquary. The paid skins come from the shop.
My advice is to clear the free Overwatch Reliquary if you are playing during the event. It is free, the dye is notable, and Kiriko’s Fox Spirit is the main completion reward.
Reliquary Rewards Vs Season Rank Rewards
The Reliquary is mostly for cosmetics. Season Rank is where Diablo 4 Season 14 puts the major account-wide progression rewards.
This distinction matters because players often treat the Battle Pass menu like one giant reward system. It is not. Favor Tokens are for Reliquary cosmetics. Season Rank rewards come from completing Season of Death Awakening objectives.
| System | Main Rewards | What It Means |
|---|---|---|
| Battle Pass Reliquary | Mounts, portals, weapon skins, armor cosmetics, pets | This is the seasonal cosmetic reward catalog. |
| Overwatch Reliquary | Event cosmetics, earnable dye, Kiriko's Fox Spirit | This is a free limited-time event reward catalog. |
| Season Rank | Skill Points, Paragon Points, Sparks, Mythic Unique Caches, materials, keys, titles | This is the account progression reward path. |
Season 14 has nine Season Ranks and more than 120 objectives. The reward list includes up to 12 Skill Points, up to 42 Paragon Points, up to 7 Resplendent Sparks, 5 Mythic Unique Caches, the Greystone pet, Remains of the Reaper Mount Trophy, emblems, titles, title laurels, crafting materials, Masterworking materials, currency, Lair Boss Keys, and more.
About 15% of the objectives require Lord of Hatred, so players without the expansion will not be able to claim every Season Rank reward.
The practical answer is simple: use the Reliquary for cosmetics, but focus on Season Rank if you care about account power and seasonal progression.
If you are planning your actual Season 14 character instead of cosmetics, start with the Diablo 4 Season 14 best builds tier list or the Diablo 4 Season 14 best class tier list.
Where Season Blessings Went
Season Blessings are not gone in Season 14. They are handled through Season Rank, not the Reliquary.
Within Season Rank, you can earn Smoldering Ashes from Seasonal Objectives and Chapter Rewards. Those Ashes are then spent on Season Blessings.
Season 14’s Season Blessings include:
- Urn of Death Awakening, which boosts Glints of Hope reputation earned from all sources.
- Urn of Reclamation, which boosts the chance of rare materials from salvage.
- Urn of Masterworking, which boosts the chance to drop additional Obducite.
- Urn of Glyphs, which gives a chance to earn an extra glyph upgrade.
- Urn of Ancestral Whispers, which boosts the chance for an Ancestral Cache when turning in Whispers.
This is why Premium Reliquaries are not required for power. Season Blessings are tied to seasonal progression, not paid cosmetics.
If you are only opening the Reliquary menu because you are looking for Season Blessings, you are in the wrong place. Go to Season Rank instead.
Is The Season 14 Reliquary Worth It?
The Season 14 Reliquary is worth using for free cosmetics, but Premium and Deluxe are only worth buying if you like the actual rewards.
Free players should use the Season of Death Awakening Reliquary and the Overwatch Reliquary. Both give cosmetic rewards without needing to buy the Premium Battle Pass. That is the easy value.
The Premium Battle Pass Bundle is worth considering if you want the Weapons, Beasts, and Armor Reliquaries. The Deluxe Battle Pass is only worth it if Winged Redeemer, Netherean Pet, and Wings of the Redeemer Reactive Wings are worth the extra Platinum to you.
Do not buy Premium for power. Do not buy Deluxe because you feel behind. Do not waste Favor Tokens by sitting at the 99 cap. Preview the cosmetics, spend tokens before rewards expire, and treat the Reliquary as a side reward while you play the season.
My recommendation is simple: claim the free Reliquary rewards, clear the Overwatch Reliquary while it is active, buy Premium only if you want multiple paid cosmetic categories, and save Deluxe for collectors. If your real goal is a stronger Season 14 character, focus on Season Rank, War Plans, Mythic Unique farming, and endgame progression instead.
