Sometimes your employees just forget how walking works. They’ll get stuck in place, staring at a table, a wall, or their own regrets. Here’s how to get them moving again—and how to stop it from happening in the first place.

Keep Pathways Clear
Workers in Schedule 1 are deeply confused by obstacles. If a table, wall, or trash bin is slightly blocking their path, they’ll give up on life and just stand there.
Leave open space between machines, walls, and walkways. Make sure there’s nothing blocking the route from one workstation to another.
This isn’t always your fault—it’s a bug. But building smarter can prevent it from happening as often.
Quick Fixes
Sleep: Go to bed and start a new day. Workers usually reset and go back to normal.
Leave and Return: Walk outside your house or property and come back. A soft reset for them and your patience.
Fire and Rehire: Brutal but effective. Open the clipboard, fire the worker, and hire them again. They'll teleport back into working order (and you won’t have to retrain them).
Final Blurb
Think of your employees like Roombas with backstories—if they bump into something, they’ll stop. Give them space, let them reboot overnight, and only fire them when absolutely necessary (or hilarious).
