How to Get to Castol’s Folly Avowed | Precious Light Quest Guide

To continue the Precious Light quest in Avowed, you need to reach Castol's Folly Island, which is an important location for retrieving the Luminous Adra. Here's a simple guide to help you get there.
1. Start the Quest
The Precious Light quest begins in Paradis City, specifically in the Southern Paradis area. Once you reach this location, you’ll meet Sapiento de Falva, who will give you the task of finding Luminous Adra.
2. Gather Information
After talking to Sapiento, you’ll need to speak to a few other NPCs in Paradis. They’ll inform you that smugglers took the Luminous Adra to Castol's Folly, which is located on the southern edge of Dawnshore.
3. Head to Castol's Folly
Once you’ve learned the location of Castol's Folly, make your way to the island. The island is surrounded by giant walls with limited entry points, so you’ll need to find the right way in.
Start at the shipwreck on the northwestern edge of the island.
Climb to the top of the shipwreck, then jump to the rock structures on the other side to find a path that leads further into the island.
4. Prepare for Combat
As you follow the path, be prepared to face off against smugglers. There will be multiple battles along the way, so make sure your gear is in top condition. It’s recommended to have your gear at fine tier for these tougher fights.
5. Reach the Luminous Adra
Continue along the path and turn left when the path divides. After a tough battle, you’ll eventually reach the top of the island where you’ll meet Captain Trevik. Here, you’ll have to make a choice regarding the Luminous Adra.
