How to Identify Items in Path of Exile 2

In Path of Exile 2 (PoE2) you need to identify items to see what they do and if they’re useful. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Get Scrolls of Wisdom

• Find Them: Kill monsters and open chests to get Scrolls of Wisdom.

• Buy Them: You can also buy them from vendors using in-game currency.

2. Identify Your Items

• Single Item:

  • Right-click on a Scroll of Wisdom in your inventory.

  • Then, left-click on the item you want to identify.

• Multiple Items:

  • Hold Shift and right-click a Scroll of Wisdom.

  • Then, click on each item you want to identify one by one.

3. Why You Should Identify Items

• See Stats: Identifying an item shows what special effects or bonuses it has.

• More Value: Items sell for more gold when they’re identified.
