Special Attack Energy in Old School RuneScape (OSRS) is used for powerful weapon abilities, like the Dragon Dagger's special attack or the Armadyl Godsword's devastating strike. If your special attack energy runs out, you’ll need to wait or use these methods to restore it.

1. Wait for Natural Regeneration

  • What Happens: Special attack energy restores naturally over time.

  • How Long It Takes: Your special attack energy regenerates by 10% every 30 seconds.

  • When to Use: If you’re not in combat or don’t have access to other methods, just wait for it to recharge.

2. Use the Rejuvenation Pool in a Player-Owned House

  • What It Does: The Rejuvenation Pool fully restores your special attack energy, Prayer points, Hitpoints, and run energy.

  • How to Build It:

    • Requires Level 65 Construction.

    • Use materials like limestone bricks, teak planks, and a magic stone to build it in your house.

  • Where to Use It: Access it in your Player-Owned House or someone else’s house if they’ve built one.

3. Pray at the Altar of Elidinis

  • What It Does: Fully restores your special attack energy, Prayer points, and Hitpoints.

  • Where It Is: Found in the Tombs of Amascut raid area.

  • When to Use It: Only accessible during the raid, so plan ahead if you're participating.

With these methods, you can quickly restore your special attack energy and get back to using your most powerful attacks. Whether it’s through a Rejuvenation Pool, waiting, or using special items like the Ring of Vigour, you’ll always have options to recharge and stay effective in combat!
