1. Wait for Natural Regeneration
What Happens: Special attack energy restores naturally over time.
How Long It Takes: Your special attack energy regenerates by 10% every 30 seconds.
When to Use: If you’re not in combat or don’t have access to other methods, just wait for it to recharge.
2. Use the Rejuvenation Pool in a Player-Owned House
What It Does: The Rejuvenation Pool fully restores your special attack energy, Prayer points, Hitpoints, and run energy.

Requires Level 65 Construction.
