How to Steal Nail in Rafter KCD2 | Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Warding Off Evil Guide

If you're on the Warding of Evil quest and need to steal the Nail in the Rafter, here’s a guide on how to do it quickly and without getting caught.
Step 1: Distract Any Nearby NPCs
If someone is standing near the entrance, throw a rock (press G) to make them move.
Once they investigate the noise, slip past them quietly.
Step 2: Get Inside
Enter stealth mode (C key) and sneak towards the door.
If the door is locked, lockpick it (having a weak Nighthawk potion can help you see better in the dark).
Open the door and close it behind you so no one notices.
Step 3: Climb to the Rafter
Inside, there may be another NPC, so move carefully.
Look for a ladder leading up to the rafters.
Climb the ladder, and you’ll see the Sacred/Holy Nail resting there on the table of all places.
Step 4: Grab the Nail and Escape
Take the Nail in the Rafter and quietly leave the way you came.
If needed, use stealth to avoid detection on your way out.
That’s it! You’ve got the Sacred Nail. Now go complete your quest before someone realizes it’s missing.
