So you bought a business—maybe a laundromat, maybe a post office—and now you're ready to clean up your act (or at least your cash). But then you get hit with the age-old crime sim question:
Where the heck do I launder the money?

Here’s how to find the laundering station and actually use it without shouting at your screen.

Where’s the Laundering Station?

After you buy a business, go to the back room inside the building.

  • Look for a small computer terminal.

  • That’s the laundering station.

  • No flashing lights, no tutorial, just a quiet PC waiting to wash your dirty money.

This applies to both the Laundromat and the Post Office.
If you walk in and don’t see a computer, try:

  • Checking you're at the right building

  • Reloading the game

  • Verifying game files if you're playing co-op (some players report missing stations in co-op mode)

How to Launder Money

  1. Walk up to the terminal in the back room

  2. Interact with it

  3. Choose how much cash you want to launder (you need to be holding the money in your inventory)

  4. Confirm, and a timer starts

  5. Once the timer is up, the clean money is deposited straight into your account

This bypasses the game’s $10,000 weekly ATM deposit limit, which is great when you’re sitting on stacks of highly suspicious income.

A Few Things to Know

  • It’s not passive income—you have to actively use the station

  • The timer depends on how much you’re laundering

  • Don’t forget to leave with some cash, since not all stores take card

Final Blurb

The laundering station is your secret weapon against ATM limits and wasted cash piles. Just head to the back room, hit the computer, and let the digital rinse cycle begin. It’s not glamorous, but it gets the job done—quietly, efficiently, and just shady enough to feel right at home in Schedule 1.
