MegaBonk How Many Maps Guide

MegaBonk How Many Maps Guide

A common question for new players is how many maps are currently in MegaBonk. Since the game is still being updated, the number of stages is limited but structured in a way that adds more challenge as you climb tiers. Here’s the full explanation.

How Many Maps Are in MegaBonk

Right now, MegaBonk has two maps: Forest and Desert. These are the only stages available in the game at the moment. Both maps are tied into the tier system rather than being separate standalone selections.

Maps and the Tier System

Tier 1 always starts on the Forest map. You fight through one stage, defeat a boss, and then the ghost wave ends your run. Beating this unlocks Tier 2.

Tier 2 expands to two stages. You’ll start in Forest again, then take a portal to Desert after killing the first boss. Clearing both bosses unlocks Tier 3.

Tier 3 has three stages. Forest leads into Desert, and then the run ends with the final boss fight. This is currently the full map progression cycle.

Why Only Two Maps Matter Right Now

Even though it sounds small, the tier structure stretches the Forest and Desert into longer runs. Each tier adds more enemies, stronger bosses, and new mechanics like the shrine systems and the weapon lock from the final boss.

Future updates may add new maps, but as of now, Forest and Desert are the only confirmed locations. Mastering these two is the real challenge.

Final Blurb

MegaBonk currently has two maps: Forest and Desert. They form the backbone of the tier progression system, with Tier 1 being a single stage, Tier 2 doubling up, and Tier 3 pushing you through both maps before the final boss. Until more stages arrive, everything comes down to surviving and mastering these two.
