MegaBonk Noelle Unlock Guide
Unlocking Noelle is one of the trickiest character unlocks in the game. It mixes long term prep with a very strict in run sequence, and messing up once means starting over.
How To Unlock Noelle In MegaBonk
To unlock Noelle in MegaBonk, you must use a Microwave to duplicate the Ice Crystal 3 times in a row during a single run.
The duplications must be consecutive. Using the Microwave on any other item resets progress.
Required Unlocks Before Attempting Noelle
You cannot rush this. Two unlocks must be completed first.
Frostwalker Weapon Requirement
Frostwalker must be unlocked before Ice Crystal can appear.
Find the Ice Cube Legendary item
Freeze 1,000 enemies using Ice Cube effects
Frostwalker unlocks in the menu
Purchase Frostwalker for 2 Silver
This usually takes 1 to 3 runs depending on item luck.
Ice Crystal Item Requirement
After Frostwalker is unlocked, Ice Crystal can be unlocked.
Use Frostwalker in a run
Get 50 kills with Frostwalker
Ice Crystal enters the item pool
Ice Crystal is Common rarity
Once this is done, you are ready to attempt Noelle.
Finding The Microwave
The Microwave is required for the duplication chain.
The Microwave can spawn in Forest or Desert biomes. It shows as a green diamond on the minimap.
Microwave rarities matter.
Common has 3 uses
Rare has 2 uses
Epic has 2 uses
Legendary has 1 use
You need at least 3 total uses. A Common Microwave is ideal.
Do not activate it yet.
Preparing The Run Properly
Everything must happen in the same run.
Find the Microwave first
Do not use it
Find Ice Crystal afterward
Save enough gold for 3 activations
Once both items are secured, stop taking risks. Stay alive and move slowly.
The Exact Ice Crystal Duplication Sequence
This is the most important part.
The Microwave must be used on Ice Crystal 3 times in a row with no interruptions.
First use, Ice Crystal duplicates, you now have 2
Second use, duplicate Ice Crystal again, now 3
Third use, duplicate Ice Crystal again, now 4
Do not use the Microwave on any other item. Do not click anything else. One mistake resets the counter completely.
Saying the count out loud actually helps. Yes it feels silly. It works.
Unlocking And Buying Noelle
After the third successful duplication, a notification appears confirming Noelle is unlocked.
Go to the Unlocks menu after the run ends. Noelle is now available for purchase using Silver.
Once bought, Noelle is permanently unlocked for all future runs.
