Items in MegaBonk completely change how your runs play out. Some items give you raw power, some patch weaknesses, and a few are just too strong to ignore. This tier list ranks every known item so you can decide what is worth grabbing and what can be skipped.

S Tier – Best Items in MegaBonk

These items warp runs around them. Always pick them up.

Overpowered Lamp – Extra proc chance on hit, making poison, lightning, and explosions scale far beyond normal.
Beefy Ring – Damage increases with Max HP, making tank builds hit like glass cannons.
Gym Sauce – Flat +10% damage to all hits, reliable and stackable.
Moldy Cheese – High poison chance that shreds through bosses and scales with on-hit effects.
Za Warudo – Freezes time instead of dying, the best insurance item in the game.

A Tier – Strong and Consistent

Very strong pickups that boost most builds.

Turbo Socks – +15% movement speed, critical for farming and dodging bosses.
Turbo Skates – Converts speed into attack speed, insane synergy with agility builds.
Clover – Big Luck boost that snowballs upgrade rarity.
Forbidden Juice – +10% Crit Chance, scaling well with crit builds.
Lightning Orb – Reliable AoE with stun chance, great for crowd control.
Spicy Meatball – Explosions on hit, fantastic for groups.
Chonkplate – Lifesteal and overheal, makes sustain builds almost unkillable.

B Tier – Good But Situational

Worth grabbing if it fits your build.

Brass Knuckles – Boosts close-range damage, works well with Aura builds.
Phantom Shroud – Evade bonus damage and speed, great for agile kits.
Tactical Glasses – Bonus damage to healthy enemies, strong early in fights.
Slurp Gloves – Blood magic heal with AoE burst, useful sustain but on cooldown.
Power Gloves – Random blast procs, fun but inconsistent.
Golden Glove – More gold means faster scaling, especially on Robinette.
Golden Sneakers – Generates gold with movement, synergizes with speed stacking.
Mirror – Reflects hits and gives brief invulnerability, lifesaver against bosses.

C Tier – Niche and Weak

Pick only if you lack better options.

Big Bonk – Funny but too inconsistent to rely on.
Beer – Damage boost at the cost of Max HP, rarely worth it unless stacked carefully.
