The Gem Tote has Fill, Open, Check, Empty, and Destroy options.

The bigger reason to make it is the Gem Sack. Since the Gem Tote is required for that final upgrade, players chasing the best gem container will need the tote regardless. The only reason to delay it is if the account does not have the Crafting level, Bolt of cotton, Gem Satchel, or Immaculate mole skin path ready yet.

If semi precious gems are not a problem and the Gem Sack is not a near term goal, the tote can wait. If the account is already working toward the full storage upgrade, make it as soon as the materials and level are ready.
