PEAK Bing Bong Guide, Achievement, & What it Does

Bing Bong is a plush toy found at the crash site in PEAK. If you carry it all the way to the end of your climb, you unlock the Bing Bong Achievement/Trophy and earn a special cosmetic reward.
Where to Find Bing Bong
You can find Bing Bong near the wreckage at the start of the game, right on the beach where you crash.
It’s one of the first items you can pick up, along with things like flares and the trumpet. It doesn’t glow or stand out much, so check the ground carefully near the broken parts of the plane.
What Bing Bong Is Used For
Bing Bong doesn’t do anything in terms of gameplay. You can throw it, carry it, or store it, but it won’t heal you or help you climb.
However, if you bring it all the way to the end of your run, you’ll unlock the Bing Bong Badge.
That’s not all... once you finish your run with Bing Bong, you also get a Bing Bong-themed hat as a cosmetic reward.
Backpack Tips for Bing Bong
You can store Bing Bong in your backpack.
To do that, you’ll need to drop the backpack on the ground first, then place Bing Bong inside. Just keep in mind that any item in your pack, like pitons or ropes, can’t be used until they’re taken back out.
But for Bing Bong, it’s fine to keep it stored away for the whole run.
Co-op Info
Only one player needs to carry Bing Bong to the finish.
If you're playing with friends, just make sure someone finishes with Bing Bong in their inventory or backpack. Everyone in the group will still get the badge.
This works even if you’re on the easier difficulty.
Final Blurb
Bing Bong is just a plushie, but it unlocks a badge and a hat if you bring it to the end.
Keep it safe, stash it in your backpack, and enjoy the climb with a silent, squishy friend.
