Step 1: Get the Task
After your call with Uncle Nelson at the motel payphone, he’ll mention a hidden stash near the skatepark. This is part of the early game setup and helps give you a much-needed head start.
Step 2: Head to the Skatepark
Open your map and find the Skatepark, located near the Hardware Store. It’s a fenced-in area with ramps and rails—you can’t miss it once you’re close.
Step 3: Look Near the Road to the Motel
The stash isn’t actually inside the skatepark. Instead, go to the edge of the road that leads up toward the motel. Look for a concrete ledge or highlighted area. This is the dead drop.
Step 4: Grab the Stash
Walk up to the stash (usually a small box or bag), press E, and collect it. You’ll get some useful starter items—cash, maybe a little product, just enough to get rolling.
