How to Remake Your Character
You can remake your character after completing the Still Shore quest line, which unlocks the face-changing NPC Cheng Xin in the Evercare Clinic.
After the fight against Aunt Han’s manifestation, you wake up and Cheng Xin offers to alter your appearance. Accept the offer to reopen the full customization screen where you can edit your look exactly as during the intro.
Free and Paid Customization Options
The first full remake is completely free and lets you adjust everything from facial structure to hairstyle and body type.
Once you’ve used the free one, future remakes cost 600 Jade. That cost only applies when changing your character’s gender. Other cosmetic changes like hair, skin tone, or facial features can be edited freely afterward through the Appearance menu.
Changing Gender and Appearance Details
If you want to swap from male to female or the other way around, the first change remains free.
After that, the Jade fee applies each time you repeat it. You can always revisit Cheng Xin or open the Appearance menu from your inventory to change minor details whenever you want without paying again.

Names stay unique across all servers, so you cannot duplicate another player’s name.
