Wildgate Ranks Explained (Infamy Ranked System)

The Infamy system in Wildgate is a ranked, opt-in progression mode. You earn points by winning matches and lose points by losing. Higher ranks give access to exclusive badges and permanent titles for your player card. Progress resets monthly, but earned titles stay forever.
How Infamy Works
Enable Infamy Mode
Go to Customize → Misc → Player Cards and equip the Infamy badge in one of the two badge slots. You only earn or lose Infamy while this badge is equipped.
Match Results
Win: +10 points
Loss (Below Marauder): No penalty
Loss (Marauder or higher): Lose points, amount depends on your rank
Monthly Reset
Infamy rank and points reset at the start of every month. However, you keep any earned titles permanently.
Rank Floor Protection
Once you reach a new rank, you won’t drop below it for the rest of that month. Even after multiple defeats, your rank stays locked until the reset.
Infamy Titles and Ranked Rewards
As you rank up, you unlock exclusive titles and badges. Titles show under your name in lobbies and are permanent once unlocked. Only two badges can be equipped at a time, so choose carefully between Infamy, Streak, or Milestone tracking.
How to Equip Infamy Rewards
Go to Customize → Misc → Player Cards
You can equip:
2 badges (Infamy, Streak, Milestone)
1 title (from Infamy rank or completed challenge)
This is also where you manage what others see on your card.
