WoW Legion Remix How to Get Infinite Knowledge
Legion Remix just cranked up the grind again. Phase 2 brings new ways to stockpile Infinite Knowledge, letting you push past the old limit and power up every Timerunner on your account. Here’s the fastest route to all 32 ranks so you can stop wasting Bronze on bad runs.
How to Get Infinite Knowledge
Infinite Knowledge increases how much Infinite Power you earn from all sources. It’s shared across every Timerunner you make, which means once you unlock a rank, all your characters benefit. The full cap sits at 36, but Phase 2 raises the reachable amount to 32. Any extra ranks automatically turn into Bronze.
New Infinite Knowledge Sources in Phase 2
Four new achievements were added for Phase 2. They all count account-wide once you complete them.
Insurrection Questline in Suramar
Finish the complete Suramar campaign using a Timerunner. That includes all chapters under the Insurrection storyline like Lockdown, Waxing Crescent, Missing Persons, March on Suramar, Elisande’s Retort, and Breaking the Nighthold. Completing it adds one rank of Infinite Knowledge.
Heroic Return to Karazhan
Defeat Viz’aduum the Watcher in Return to Karazhan on Heroic difficulty or higher. This clear adds one more rank to your total.
Mythic Return to Karazhan
Run Return to Karazhan again on Mythic difficulty and defeat Viz’aduum the Watcher a second time. You’ll earn another rank for doing both difficulties.
The Nighthold Raid
Defeat all bosses in The Nighthold on any difficulty. You’ll need to clear Arcing Aqueducts, Royal Athenaeum, Nightspire, and Betrayer’s Rise. Once the raid is fully cleared, you gain one additional rank.
Earlier Infinite Knowledge Unlocks
If you started in Phase 1, you should already have 28 ranks before these new additions. Those come from achievements tied to earning Infinite Power, completing each Broken Isles zone campaign, and clearing early Legion raids or dungeons like Emerald Nightmare and Trial of Valor.
Adding the four Phase 2 sources brings your total to 32.
Future Rank Expansions
Phases 3 and 4 will unlock the remaining ranks. Expect new achievements tied to the Broken Shore, Argus, and raids like Tomb of Sargeras and Antorus. Cathedral of Eternal Night and Seat of the Triumvirate will also appear once those updates drop.
Tips to Reach 32 Ranks Fast
Start with Suramar since it unlocks several later chains and campaign rewards.
Run both Heroic and Mythic Karazhan each week to cover their separate achievements.
Save time by grouping for The Nighthold with players who already know the route.
Keep track of Blizzard’s fixes for the Broken Isles World Boss rotation bug on NA servers.
Remember, every achievement is account-wide, so you only have to do each once.
Final Blurb
Phase 2 of Legion Remix makes Infinite Knowledge worth chasing again. Between Suramar, Karazhan, and The Nighthold, you’ll unlock four clean upgrades and close in on the 36-rank ceiling. Finish these before the next update drops, and your Timerunners will crush whatever Argus throws at them.
