Find the room with yellow paint near the Cascade Lab zones. Directly below it, there's a bridge section with a locked door. This is where you’ll use the Tier 3 Hacker.

2. Craft a Tier 3 Hacker Tool

To build the T3 Hacker, you need the following key components:

• Jailbroken CPU
  Drops from Purple Line Security Bots in Cascade Labs and Wildlife Pens.
  Set up Tesla Towers near their docks and let them farm kills for you safely.

• Anteverse Crystal / Gem
  Found inside blue-white display boxes in secured office rooms.
