Flirt During Dialogue
Once she thanks you, use any flirt-style dialogue options. Be subtle but supportive. This starts the romance path.
Deal with Her Husband
Later, you’ll find her badly wounded husband. He asks you to lie to her and say he’s already dead. If you go along with it, it sets the stage for romance.
Support Her Business
Convince her to stay and open a shop. She’ll ask for a few items like a Ragged Nobleman’s Doublet, Silk Gloves, and Seashells. Deliver them.
Repair the Pie
Fix the pier near her home. This unlocks a special date scene.

"I want to wipe every memory of them from your skin..."

And...

"I want to drive you mad with desire..."

But if you give in and accept her invitation to "come closer," the romance ends fast.

The moment you give her what she wants, she kisses you... then drags you underwater and kills you.

Her claws dig into your neck, her teeth tear into your skin, and your death scene reads more like a horror novel than a love story.

There is no way to romance her safely. The scene is scripted to kill you no matter what.

Beor Romance: The Blacksmith With a Literal Heart Problem

Beor’s romance is a long, emotional journey that requires serious effort... and a permanent loss of your own health.

You’ll first meet him in Cuanacht, where he’s near death after being lured into a cave by a Fae. To help him, you must:

Kill the Fae and recover his stolen heart
Return it to Erfyr, who saves him with your help
Start “The Heart That Defies”, where Beor asks you to help forge a better heart
Gather rare materials for Kvorr, then choose how to fill the heart with life

To unlock the romance, you must sacrifice 40 max HP to fill the heart with your own life force. Any other option either makes Beor bitter or sends him into madness.

If you choose the selfless path, Beor later asks you to help him craft a special warhammer. After completing the quest, he opens up and awkwardly confesses his feelings.

Accept them, and he gives you the warhammer Heartwrought and promises to be your partner, waiting for you between adventures.

Morgen: The Mermaid Who Murders

A romance trap with a death sentence

Morgen appears during the Deep Calleth Upon Deep quest and flirts with you like a classic siren. She promises love, eternal devotion, and says exactly what you want to hear.
