FragPunk Broker Guide: Abilities and How to Play

Broker is a high-damage, explosive-focused Lancer who is AN ABSOLUTE BEAST at area denial, vision control, and trap placement. His rocket launcher and smoke screens make him a strong aggressive playmaker, while his trap bombs can force enemies out of cover. If you like blowing things up and controlling the battlefield, Broker is a solid (aka the best) choice.

Broker’s Abilities
(Q) Goddard’s Vengeance – Fires a shoulder-launched rocket that deals damage and knocks back enemies. Has two charges.
(E) Smokestack Lightning – Throws a smoke grenade that creates a large smokescreen along its path.
(T) Cherry Bomb – Deploys exploding trap bombs that trigger when enemies get close or after a short delay.
How to Play Broker
Use Rockets for High Damage and Knockback
Goddard’s Vengeance is perfect for flushing enemies out of cover or finishing off weakened targets.
If enemies are grouped up, aim for splash damage to hit multiple targets.
Deny Vision with Smokestack Lightning
Block enemy sightlines when taking objectives or reviving teammates.
Use it aggressively to cover your approach before pushing into a fight.
Control Areas with Cherry Bomb
Place Cherry Bomb traps near objectives or chokepoints to punish rushing enemies.
If you know enemies are holding a position, throw a trap ahead of time and wait for them to walk into it.
