    • Earl is located on your rooftop.

    • Engage in conversations and complete his initial quests to build rapport.

  2. Rescue Mariquinn:

    • Find Mariquinn in the plane wreckage's cockpit.

    • The cockpit door requires a code to unlock; the code is 2619.

    • After rescuing her, complete her quests, including finding and giving her a vinyl record.

  3. Assist Prospero:

    • Locate Prospero at the Smart Tower in the theme park area.

    • To activate him, you'll need:

      • Crystal Ball: Found in the arcade.
