How to Fight Eris in Neon Abyss
Written by Jason B. | Neon Abyss 2
To fight Eris in Neon Abyss, activate any faith before Apollo’s floor, skip the temple on that floor, then beat Apollo. If your faith is still active, the portal will take you to Eris.
Activate a Faith
At the start of any floor, you’ll get to pick a faith. Pick one.
This starts filling your faith meter. You don’t need to max it out, but it must show something on the bar when you fight Apollo.
Skip the Temple on Apollo’s Floor
Do not use the faith temple on Apollo’s floor.
If you do, the run ends after beating Apollo. You’ll return to the hub and never see Eris.
Beat Apollo with Faith Active
With your faith meter active, fight and defeat Apollo. The post-boss portal now opens to Eris’s level instead of ending the run.
Use the Temple on Eris’s Floor (Optional)
You can use the temple on Eris’s floor if you want. It won’t stop the fight from happening.
Faith can rise or fall on this floor with no issue.
Fight Eris
Eris is found like any other boss. Explore the floor and look for her boss room.
After winning, your run continues to Hyperion.
Final Blurb
To reach Eris in Neon Abyss, pick any faith, skip Apollo’s temple, and beat them with faith still active. The next floor will send you into Eris’s domain for one of the game’s final battles.
FAQ
What is a faith in Neon Abyss?
It’s a system that builds over time when selected. Each floor offers a choice between two. Pick one to activate the meter.
Does the faith meter need to be full?
No. It just needs to be active. Even a sliver is enough.
Can I use the temple on Eris’s floor?
Yes. Only Apollo’s temple must be skipped.
What happens if I enter Apollo’s temple?
The portal after his fight sends you back to the main hub. You miss Eris.
Is Eris the final boss?
No. After Eris, you’ll go straight to Hyperion. That ends the run.
