How to Fix Lost Honour Quest Bugs KCD2

If you are stuck on the Lost Honour quest and cannot progress, here are several solutions to fix common bugs that come up during the quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
Common Bugs & Fixes
1. Stolen Armor Doesn’t Register in Quest
Bug: You stole Jezhek’s armor and horse, but the quest still says you need to retrieve the armor.
Fix:
Check Zavish’s tent again. His armor set must be fully collected, including the shield and brigandine.
Open the locked chest inside the tent (you need lockpicks).
If you already stole the armor, drop it and pick it up again to refresh the quest.
Reload a previous save before stealing and try a different method (speech check or duel).
2. Zavish Won’t Talk to You
Bug: You failed all speech checks, and now Zavish refuses to duel or speak.
Fix:
Leave the camp for a few in-game days and return.
Raise your Domination or Warfare stat by training and retrying the speech check.
Wear high-charisma clothing or drink alcohol to boost dialogue success.
Sneak into Zavish’s tent at night and knock him out, then loot the armor (be careful of the dog).
3. Can’t Talk to Jezhek After Taking the Horse
Bug: You retrieved the armor and horse, but Jezhek does not recognize that you have them.
Fix:
Dismount and walk the horse into the correct spot near the inn’s garden.
Reload an earlier save before taking the horse.
Manually drop and pick up the armor pieces again to trigger the quest update.
If all else fails, abandon the quest and wait a few in-game days before restarting.
Alternative Workarounds
Steal the armor and horse without talking to Zavish and see if the quest updates.
Win all three duels to complete the quest properly.
Use console commands (PC only) to force completion:

If none of these solutions work, you may need to reload an earlier save or wait for a patch.
