What Inverted Skill Capes Are In RS3
Inverted skill capes are alternate color versions of existing skill capes in RuneScape.
They are visual upgrades only. Stats do not change.

How To Start Earning Inverted Skillcape Shards
Go to Hans in Lumbridge.
Talk to him and select the skill you want to focus on. The skill must be level 99 or higher.
