How to Recharge Your Drone in R.E.P.O

Drones in R.E.P.O. are handy little gadgets—until they run out of power and become expensive paperweights. If your drone is on the verge of passing out, here’s a quick guide on how to get it back up and running by recharging it.

How to Recharge a Drone

  1. Buy an Energy Crystal – Available in the Service Station (shop) between levels. Costs around $7K-$9K.

  2. Locate the Truck’s Charging Port – The Energy Crystal slot is inside the R.E.P.O. truck.

  3. Insert the Energy Crystal – Just left-click to pick it up, then press “E” to install it.

  4. Enjoy Your Recharged Drone – Now you can recharge things and your drone can get back to doing whatever it does best—whether that’s making you float (Zero Gravity Drone), saving you from disasters (Indestructible Drone), or just looking cool.

Alternative: Use a Recharge Drone

  • If you own a Recharge Drone ($4K-$5K), you can use it to directly recharge other devices like Trackers or drones.

  • Just deploy it near the low-power device and let it work its magic.

Final Blurb

Energy Crystals aren’t unlimited, so don’t waste them unless your drone is actually needed. Otherwise, you’re just throwing money at the problem—which, to be fair, is the R.E.P.O. way.
