How to Restart a Map in Two Point Museum

Unlike other Two Point games, Two Point Museum does not have a built-in restart button for individual museums. Since all museums are interconnected, the game does not allow a full reset of a single location. However, there are a few workarounds if you want to start fresh.
Options for Restarting a Museum
1. Use the Demolish Button
Go to the Foundations Tab (where you place walls and floors).
Look for a small button on the side—it looks like a pocket watch or wrecking ball.
Clicking it will demolish everything in your museum and refund the money spent, essentially giving you a fresh start without resetting your entire save.
2. Restart Your Save File
If you want a complete reset, you’ll need to start a new save from the main menu.
Since museums are linked, this is the only way to fully erase progress and begin again.
What Happens if You Go Bankrupt?
If you run out of money, the bank will repossess one or two of your exhibits.
You’ll get a cash injection, but you won’t be able to take loans until you meet certain conditions.
This gives you a chance to recover instead of forcing a full restart.
While the lack of a dedicated restart button may be frustrating, the demolish option is the best way to refresh a museum without deleting your entire save. If things get really bad, starting a new game is your only real option.
