In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, Vitality helps Henry move longer without getting tired, recover stamina faster, and take more hits before going down. If you want to run faster, fight longer, and avoid gasping for breath in combat, this is the stat to level up in KCD2.

What Vitality Does

Raising Vitality improves:

  • Total Stamina – Lets you sprint, dodge, and fight longer.

  • Stamina Recovery Rate – Helps stamina come back faster after running or blocking.

  • Survival in Combat – Helps you take more hits before getting exhausted.

How to Level Up Vitality Fast

1. Sprint Everywhere

  • Running gives Vitality XP, so don’t just walk—sprint as much as possible.

  • If you have to travel long distances, ditch the horse and run on foot.

2. Jump and Vault Over Obstacles

  • Jumping fences, climbing over walls, and vaulting obstacles all give Vitality XP.

  • If you see a fence or a rock in your way, don’t walk around it—jump over it.

3. Fight Aggressively

  • Using up stamina in combat gives Vitality XP.

  • Swinging weapons, dodging, and blocking attacks all help level it up.

  • Try to land combos, since chaining attacks together uses more stamina and speeds up XP gain.

4. Take Some Hits

  • Getting hit and surviving actually boosts Vitality.

  • If you can, fight without a shield to make battles tougher and get more XP.

5. Train with Captain Bernard

  • Practicing long fights with Bernard is one of the safest ways to level Vitality.

  • Let fights go on as long as possible to drain more stamina and earn XP faster.

Best Vitality Perks

Once you start leveling Vitality, unlock perks to make Henry tougher:

  • Marathon Man – Stamina drains slower while sprinting.

  • Boar – Reduces stamina loss when wearing heavy armor.

  • Indestructible – You take less damage from falls and long fights.

Quick Tips

  • Sprint everywhere Stop walking and start running.

  • Jump and vault – The more obstacles you cross, the more XP you get.

  • Fight aggressively – Use stamina-heavy attacks and combos.

  • Take a few hits – As long as you don’t die, it helps level Vitality.

  • Train with Bernard – Free XP without real danger.

Follow these steps, and soon Henry will run faster, fight longer, and survive battles like a true warrior.
